From January 1, 2020, all technical support will be discontinued for companies that do not have a partner contract with the head office. 2020년부터 아래 조건과 같이 복구 소프트웨어의 공급이 이루어지게 되며 복구 소프트웨어를 판매하는 모든 협력사는 이 내용에 동의하고 진행하여야 한다. 이 계약에 동의하지 않는 경우 파트너로 인정되지 않으며 기술지원 대상에서 제외된다.
Article 1 (Ordering)
제1조(발주)
All licensing orders must order the product as (1) name of the software, (2) quantity, (3) end users’ customer (4) License type (permanent / lease). Otherwise initialization is not possible.
모든 라이선스 발주는 소프트웨어의 ①품명, ②수량, ③공급처, ④계약 형태(영구/임대) 등을 명시한 주문서로서 제품을 주문해야 한다. 그렇지 않은 경우 기술지원은 불가하며 초기화 처리도 불가능하다. 또한 발주처와 설치한 사이트가 일치해야 하며 그렇지 않은 경우 정품 라이선스로 인정하지 않는다. 또한 그룹키의 경우 해당 그룹키의 사이트별 계약 수량을 고지해야 하며 그룹키의 수량을 초과하여 사용하는 것은 불법라이선스이다.
Article 2 (License Type)
제2조(라이선스 형태)
The license type is divided into ① permanent version and ② lease version.
라이선스 형태는 ①영구버전과 ②임대버전으로 구분되며 다음과 같은 조건으로 구분된다.
(1) Permanent version: A permanent version is a PC license with a license that is used without limitation. In other words, when the PC is discarded, the license also invalid and cannot be transferred elsewhere. The free maintenance period of the permanent version is one year from the date of issuance of the license.
영구버전: 영구 버전은 기한의 제한이 없이 사용되는 라이선스로 PC 라이선스이다. 즉, 해당 PC가 폐기되면 라이선스는 소멸되며 다른 곳에 양도될 수 없다. 영구 버전의 무상 유지보수 기간은 라이선스 발급일로부터 1년이다.
(2) Leased version: The leased version is a license used during the term of the contract and is available to the contractor for the term of the contract. If the PC is replaced during the contract period, it will be supplied with a new license. Leased versions can receive free maintenance within the contract period.
임대버전: 임대 버전은 계약 기간동안 사용되는 라이선스로 해당 계약 처에 대하여 계약기간동안 사용이 가능하다. 계약기간내에 PC가 교체되면 새로운 라이선스로 공급받는다. 임대 버전의 경우 계약 기간내에 무상 유지보수를 받을 수 있다.
Article 3 (Maintenance Period)
제3조(유지보수 기간)
The maintenance free period of the permanent version restoration software is one year from the date of issuance of the license. Even after 1 year, maintenance including product initialization should pay maintenance fee equivalent to 20% of purchase price and separate maintenance contract must be concluded. However, for annual lease licenses, you may receive technical support free of charge during the term of the contract.
영구버전 복구 소프트웨어의 무상 유지보수 기간은 라이선스 발급일로부터 1년이다. 1년 이후에도 제품 초기화 등을 포함한 유지보수는 구매금액의 20%에 해당하는 유지보수 비용을 지급하여야 하며 별도 유지보수 계약을 체결하여야 한다. 단, 연간 임대 계약 라이선스의 경우 계약 기간동안 기술 지원을 무상으로 받을 수 있다.
Article 4 (Valid condition of License Initialization Request)
제4조(라이선스 초기화 요청의 범위)
After purchasing a permanent version, the license count does not go up even if you reinstall several times on the same PC. However, if you only replace the hard disk of your PC, you can request a license initialization to the place of purchase by completing the license initialization request. However, the following precautions must be observed.
영구 버전을 구입한 후 동일 PC에는 몇 회를 재설치 하여도 라이선스 카운트가 올라가지 않는다. 다만 PC의 하드 디스크만을 교체한 경우에는 라이선스 초기화 요청서를 작성하여 구매처에 라이선스 초기화를 요청할 수 있다. 단, 이때 아래와 같은 유의 사항을 준수하여야 한다.
(1) The PC where the license initialization is requested should be the same.
라이선스 초기화를 요청하는 곳의 PC는 동일해야 한다.
(2) The IP band where license initialization is requested should be the same as the existing one, and should be notified before IP change occurs.
라이선스 초기화를 요청하는 곳의 IP대역은 기존과 동일해야 하며, IP 변경이 발생할 경우 사전에 고지해야 한다.
(3) If you initialize and transfer or reuse purchased licenses, the licenses on those sites are considered illegal licenses.
구매한 라이선스를 초기화 하여 다른 곳에 양도하거나 다른 사이트에 재 사용할 경우 해당 사이트의 라이선스는 정품으로 인정하지 않는다.
Article 5 (Upgrade of Product)
제5조(제품의 업그레이드)
For permanent version software, you can get a free upgrade within one year of purchase. After 1 year of purchase, the following upgrade fee will be incurred. 영구버전 소프트웨어의 경우 구매 후 1년이내에는 무상 업그레이드를 받을 수 있다. 만약 구매 후 1년 이후에는 아래와 같은 업그레이드 비용이 발생한다.
Within 1 year: Free upgrade
구매 후 1년 이내: 무상 업그레이드
After 1 years: 50% discount on purchase price
구매 후 1년 경과: 제품 구매가격의 50% 할인
Within 3 years: 30% discount on purchase price
구매 후 3년 이내: 제품 구매가격의 30% 할인
After 3 Year: purchase of new products
구매 후 3년 경과: 보상판매 적용안됨 신제품 구입
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
제6조(지식재산권)
If you violate our licensing policies or if you misrepresent or resell licenses, those licenses will be void and all liability to you will be with the parties. It cannot manipulate or modify the software files provided by us, and we must proceed with our consent if necessary. Unauthorized modification, cracking, or disassembly of copyrighted files or programs provided by copyrighted companies is strictly prohibited, and violations of copyright laws may cause the manufacturer to take all legal action.
본사의 라이선스 정책을 위반하거나 라이선스를 허위로 발주 또는 재 판매하였을 때 해당 라이선스는 무효로 처리되며 이에 대한 모든 책임은 판매 당사자에게 있다. 본사가 제공한 소프트웨어 파일의 조작이나 변형을 할 수 없으며 필요할 경우 반드시 본사의 동의를 얻은 후 진행해야 한다. 저작권사가 제공한 파일 또는 프로그램에 대하여 사전 협의 없이 무단으로 위 변조하거나 크랙 또는 역어셈블등의 저작권 침해 행위는 강력하게 제한되며 이를 위반할 경우 저작권법 위반으로 제조사는 모든 법적 조치를 취할 수 있다.
